PURPOSE: Shoes with inline rollers and a conversion device thereof are provided to perform the general role of shoes for walking as well as to successively perform the role of inline rollers on flat ground. CONSTITUTION: The shoes(10), also used as an inline roller skate, consists of a fastening member(60), a first, a second, and a third covers(30,40,50), and an automatic conversion device(70). The fastening member mounted on the bottom part of the shoes is formed with a guide groove(61,62,63), and a coupling boss(64). The covers are rotated from the inside of the shoes to the outside of the shoes about a hinge(31,41,51) installed along the side surface of the shoes, and then are moved toward the center of the shoes to be fixed on the center portion of the shoes.
