PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lottery service device which provides a lottery service which has a high entertainingness and positively prompts access from clients, on the Internet. SOLUTION: A client register means 110 registers client information connected to a main server through the Internet, and a lottery number giving means 120 gives a lottery number to a registered client for free on the basis of connection of this registered client to the main server. The lottery number is automatically selected at each time on the basis of the time when the client is connected to the main server. A given number register means 130 registers the given lottery number and the client correspondingly to each other, and an automatic lot drawing means 160 automatically selects a winning number on the day of lot drawing, and a wining number representing means 150 publishes the winning number in the home page of a shopping mall opened on the Internet. |
