PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil block which is capable of protecting its core against rust and coil against leakage and inner disconnection, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A coil block is equipped with a plated core 1, coil frames 2 and 2 fitted near the edges of the core 1, and a coil wire 4 wound on the core 1 between the coil frames 2 and 2, where the core 1, coil frames 2 and 2, and coil sire 4 are coated integrally with a resin coat layer 5 to solve the problem.
