PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an aged person having weak muscle power to easily carry out the work of lifting a grain bag filled with grain to a position above a charge opening of a filling hopper and disposing the opening part of the grain bag to a peripheral frame of the charge opening of the filling hopper and the operation of opening the opening part with supporting the bag in the state of being disposed on the frame. SOLUTION: The auxiliary stand C for filling comprises a stand 2 having a stand face with an area allowing the grain bag B to be disposed on its top face, support legs 3, 3 provided on a bottom face side of the stand 2, a rear plate 4 provided on the stand 2 and erected slantly from a rear end side of the stand 2 to a rear upward direction and a hooking part 5 to be hooked with the peripheral frame 11 of the charge opening 10 of the filling hopper 1 in a grain processing apparatus A. The auxiliary stand is set to a front face of the hopper 1 with the top face of the stand 2 being set to occupy at a position at a height approximately half as high as the charge opening 10 of the filling hopper 1 by hooking the hooking part 5 with the peripheral frame 11 of the hopper 1.
