PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten fitting reliability to a fixed object. SOLUTION: A clip body 2 is embedded in the end part of an assist grip A, and the lower face of the clip body 2 is provided with a base part 5 insertable into a fitting hole 1 opened to a roof panel P. The base part 5 is provided with a pair of leg pieces 11 which are deformable in a narrowing manner, and a temporary locking part 12 lockable into the fitting hole 1 is formed therein. When a guide member 4 is inserted in the clip body 2, the narrowing deformation of both leg pieces 11 is regulated by a retainer piece 7 provided at the guide member 4. At the same time, an inclined face 20 formed at a guide piece 8 comes in sliding contact with the hole edge of the fitting hole 1. The clip body 2 thereby moves in the fitting hole 1, and a locking part 13 provided in a position orthogonal to the leg pieces 11 is non-elastically locked to the hole edge of the fitting hole 1.
