PURPOSE: A method for adjusting transmitting timing of a mobile radio communication system is provided to be capable of effectively adjusting transmitting timing in a radio interface between a network and a mobile station of a mobile radio communication system. CONSTITUTION: In the method for adjusting transmitting timing in a radio interface between a network and a mobile station of a mobile radio communication system, the adjustment performed by means of the mobile station is controlled by using the network. A command is used for activity or non-activity of the adjustment. The maximum command for the adjusting is provided to null size according to the non-activity of the adjustment.
