PURPOSE: A cushion device by combining air pressure and a spring of a shock absorber for a bed is provided to control the strength of a cushion regardless of external pressure by concentrating the pressure of an individual air bag by a piston tube and a buffer spring and to prevent a shake by controlling the restoring force of elasticity to be naturally extinct. CONSTITUTION: In a cushion device using the air pressure of a shock absorber for a bed, each air bag is deflated by the external load of a corrugated inflation-deflation air bag(A) and the inside air is gathered in a cylinder air bag through a connection tube(D) to accelerate the inflation of the cylinder air bag, so that a tension plate abutting to a buffer spring is pressed and the buffer spring is constricted for buffer action.
