<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool and method for hoisting which enables nuts to be tightened easily at the time of installing a unit, such as the air conditioner, etc., to a narrow space. SOLUTION: The tool is used at the time of fixing the unit 1 to a hanger bolt 3 by passing the bolt 3 through the through hole 4a of the unit 1 and tightening a plurality of nuts 5a, 5b, and 8b screwed on the bolt 3. The tool is provided with the gear-like nut 8b which is screwed on the bolt 3 as one of the nuts 5a, 5b, and 8b and has tooth on its outer periphery and a rotatably set-up gear-like tightening tool 8a having tooth which are meshed with those of the nut 8b on its outer periphery. The nut 8b is rotated by meshing the tooth of the nut 8b with those of the tool 8a and rotating the tool 8a.</p> |
