PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identification device for a temperature sensor attaching spot which does not cause the erroneous connection of the sensor even when the device uses standardized parts. SOLUTION: At the time of inspections, a temperature order investigating means 121 compares the temperature detected by means of thermistors respectively connected to first to third connectors 101-103 with each other and decides the ranking of the connectors 101-103 in the order of higher temperature. An attaching spot specifying means 124 prestores that the temperatures detected by means of a heat-exchange thermistor 26, hot water outlet thermistor 29, and water inlet thermistor 24 become lower in this order and identifies the thermistors connected to the connectors 101-103 by comparing the detected temperatures with this order. The specifying means 124 stores the identified results in a referring destination converting means 127 and, during normal operation thereafter, refers to an appropriate thermistor by deciding a referring destination based on the results.
