PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture capable of changing the distance between an object and a fitting object by a simple operation only at an intended time. SOLUTION: This fixture 1 comprises a holding member 10 having a hold part 11 for holding the object and a fixing member 30 having a fixed part 31 fixed to the fitting object. The holding member 10 is provided with a first engagement member 21 and a second engagement member 25 extended vertically and a first engagement piece 22 and a second engagement piece 26 are provided in their bottom ends respectively. The fixing member 30 is provided with a first sawtoothed recessed/projecting part 51 engaged with the first engagement piece 22 and a second sawtoothed recessed/projecting part 55 engaged with the second engagement piece 26. The first engagement piece 22 can move on the first sawtoothed recessed/projecting part 51 only when the holding member 10 moves upward relative to the fixing member 30, while the second engagement piece 26 can move the second sawtoothed recessed/projecting part 55 only when the holding member 10 moves downward relative to the fixing member 30.
