PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the burden of key input on an operator is large and the operator needs to buy an optional pad newly to lighten the burden. SOLUTION: In a main body 1, a lock member 6 and an operation part 5 are formed in one body by a resin-made elastic member 7. An elastic piece 7a which constitutes a part, of the elastic member 7 has an engagement part 6a formed atop and the engagement part 6a is inserted into an engagement hole 3e formed in a pad 3 and locked while the pad 3 is put in a recessed part 4. For unlocking, the operation part 5 is pressed and then the elastic member 7 elastically deforms to disengage the engagement part 6a and engagement hole 3e from each other. As an unlocking means, a small projection piece 8a is provided in the elastic body 7a and a small projection 4e is provided in the main body 1; and the small projection piece 8a and small projection 4e moved while abutting against each other, so that the engagement part 6e elastically deform away from the engagement hole 3e with respect to the elastic piece 7a.
