PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information-processing system, capable of stably operating a memory cell with peak performance, without having to stop the system by self-detecting the packaging position of the memory cell and a change in the real ability of the memory cell caused by environmental changes or changes due to the passage of time. SOLUTION: In order to provide optimal memory access for each memory cell packaged in a memory device 3, a memory-timing table 22 storing operating timing corresponding to each cell is provided inside a memory controller 2. The timing table 22 is updated, corresponding to an instruction from a device monitoring memory operation. As a means for monitoring the memory operation to be applied after a processing request after table updating, an environment sensor 31, located around the memory cell or counter 25 for accumulating error information to occur for each of memory access, is used.
