PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an error is caused by impedance mismatch in transmission between card units by parallel/serial conversion, using backboard. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a transmission-side card connector 1-1, consisting of a signal transmission part 11 for outputting transmission data by parallel signals, a parallel/serial conversion part 12 for converting the parallel signal into a differential pair serial signal and a card connector 13; a receiving side card unit 2-1 consisting of the impedance matching part 21 of the differential pair serial signal from a card connector 20, a serial/parallel conversion part 22 for converting the differential pair serial signal into a parallel signal, a signal receiving part 23 for receiving the parallel signal of the output as received data and a card connector 21; and the backboard 3 for performing the impedance matching, waveforming and amplitude increase of the differential pair serial signal from a card connector 30 to send it to the unit 2-1 via a connector 33.
