PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dielectric ceramic powder, which can reduce the thickness of the dielectric layer of a laminated ceramic capacitor, a ceramic green sheet, a laminated ceramic capacitor, and to provide a method of manufacturing the capacitor. SOLUTION: The maximum particle diameter of primary particles, constituting the dielectric ceramic powder, is adjusted to 3μm or smaller and ceramic green sheets are formed by using the ceramic powder. Then the laminated ceramic capacitor is manufactured, by laminating the green sheets upon another.
