<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card PC having a structure which enables a CPU to easily be replaced and easily radiates the heat of the CPU. SOLUTION: This card PC is equipped with a CPU 21 as a heat generating body, a substrate 22 (2nd substrate) where the CPU 21 is mounted, a substrate 23 (1st substrate) as the main board of the card PC, a metallic lower frame 24, screws 25 which fix the 2nd substrate 22, 1st substrate 23, and lower frame 24, and an external connector 26 as an interface for an external device. The CPU 21 is exposed to outside the housing of the card PC, so the CPU 21 can easily be replaced and the heat of the CPU 21 is easily radiated to outside the PC card, so that heat radiation effect can efficiently be obtained.</p> |
