PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring operation device which reduces the number of facilities and personnel and which prevents operation misrecognition and malfunction from occurring when the operation for monitoring a power generation plant is centralized. SOLUTION: A centralization control part 8 allocates monitoring operation stations 5a to 5f to respective power generation stations 1A to 1D according to the operation states of the power generation plants. The monitoring operation stations having been allocated to the respective power generation plants are moved by the moving mechanism parts 10a to 10f and arranged at positions suitable for performing the monitoring operation.
