PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for reducing the amount of dust and the like discharged outside a system as much as possible, which accompany the exhaust gas discharged from a melting furnace. SOLUTION: A waste treatment facility comprises a melting furnace 17 having an outlet 17a for slag and exhaust gas, a slag discharge duct 17b for receiving the slag from the outlet, a secondary combustion chamber 18a for combusting the unburnt exhaust gas from the outlet, a dust discharge duct 18b for receiving dust 33 that attaches to the inner wall surface of the secondary combustion chamber and falls therefrom, and dry type recovering devices 26, 27 to which the dust received by the dust discharge duct is discharged. Since the dust recovered by the dry type recovering device does not contain moisture, the dust is returned as it is to the melting furnace for remelting. |
