PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspending structure for a steel ceiling capable of simply conducting the connecting work of a steel ceiling joist and wooden ceiling hangers and efficiently conducting the execution work of the ceiling. SOLUTION: The steel ceiling joist 2 is suspended and supported on the wooden ceiling hangers 6 suspended from a ceiling beam via hanger members 8. The hanger members 8 comprise first hanger members 10 and second hanger members 12. Each first hanger member 10 is provided with a coupling plate section 10a slid in the groove 2c of the steel ceiling joist 2 and a connecting plate section 10c extended upward from the coupling plate section 10a through the opening section of the steel ceiling joist 2 and having an elastically deformable inverted L-shaped clip section 10b at the uppermost section. Each second hanger member 12 is provided with a pressing plate section 12a abutting on the upper face of the lip sections 2a and 2b of the steel ceiling joist 2, an opening section 12b opened at the upper section of the pressing plate section 12a and inserted with the clip section 10b, a clip support section 12c horizontally protruded from the lower edge of the opening section 12b, and a plurality of screw holes 12e. |
