PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that setting information of a device for connection to a network has to be changed manually, because parameter information required for setting is short. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a display and selection part, which displays a file related to a device being the object of connecting to the network from a registering database where a file describing the parameter information of the device being the object of writing or reading and a procedure for setting the parameter information to the device are registered and selects a required file, in accordance with inputted information, an analytic part for analyzing information described in the file selected by the display selection means, and a performing part for giving the instruction for performing operation of parameter information for connecting the device to be the object for connecting to the network to the network by using the information analyzed by the analytical part to the network.
