MICROWAVE OSCILLATION CIRCUIT AND SATELLITE RECEPTION DOWN-CONVERTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave oscillation circuit and a satellite reception down-converter that realizes miniaturization, high stability and a low phase noise characteristic. SOLUTION: A microstrip line whose one end is open is connected to a base of a transistor(TR), and a high impedance line for a TR bias is connected to a position where the distance from the open end of the microstrip line to a center of a dielectric resonator is a 1/4 wavelength of an oscillated frequency to realize the miniaturization of the circuit and a low phase noise.
