CFRP TRANSFER MEMBER WITH COATED MACHINING SURFACE AND PROCESSING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CFRP transfer member and a processing method which is so processed as a precision device member to be hardly contaminated, while light weight and high strength which are inherent in the CFRP is exerted. SOLUTION: A transfer member made of CFRP has a feature of having a tolerance against polar solvent and a machining surface being covered with resin which is hardened at a lower temperature than 70 deg.C. A processing method for a transfer member made of CFRP has a feature of applying the resin which is diluted by solution at 5 to 60 wt.%, which has a tolerance against the polar solvent and which is hardened at a lower temperature than 70 deg.C, on a machining surface and hardening the applied resin by heating at the temperature lower than 70 deg.C.
