PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air intake device capable of reducing turbulence of an intake flow in an upstream of a flowmeter without reducing an intake flow and measuring the intake flow with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The intake flow 10 passed through each part of an element 2 collides with each other, changes its direction toward an intake duct 5, is introduced to a straightening parts 7, 8 as an intake flow 11 in an axial direction of the element 2 in a turbulent state, and is straightened in the same direction by flowing along a straightening lattice 7a of a straightening plate 7. The conventional intake turbulence generated by an inner corner portion of a bend 9 located at a boundary of cleaner cases 3, 4 and the intake duct 5 is reduced by providing a curved surface 8, and the intake flow 11 being suddenly changed at the bend 9 is introduced to the left direction of the intake duct 5 to form a straightened intake flow 12, reducing an air-flow resistance and permitting an accurate measurement of the intake flow.
