PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated voltage-measuring apparatus which is prevented from measuring wrong voltages because of an opening failure of part of sample switches. SOLUTION: This laminated-voltage measuring apparatus 100 includes (N+1) voltage-sensing terminals T1-T6 connected to N voltage sources V1-V5 connected in series, a capacitor 3 in which a voltage value of any one of the voltage sources V1-V5 is charged, the first sample switch 1 for selectively connecting odd number voltage-sensing terminals T1, T3 and T5 to a first terminal 3A of the capacitor 3, the second sample switch 2 for selectively connecting the even number voltage-sensing terminals T2, T4 and T6 to a second terminal 3B of the capacitor 3, a voltage-measuring circuit 5 for measuring the voltage value charged in the capacitor 3, the third sample switch 3 for connecting the first and second terminals 3A and 3B of the capacitor 3 to the voltage-measuring circuit 5, and a polarity control circuit 6 for selecting a predetermined voltage source by the first and the second sample switches 1 and 2 in a state with the third sample switch 4 opened.
