SPEECH RETRIEVAL DEVICE, SPEECH RETRIEVAL METHOD AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech retrieval device by which speech data are re trieved from keywords with good recognition precision and retrieval precision without being adversely affected by the speech characteristics of a speaker who utters the keywords. SOLUTION: A second speech recognition section 5 collates speech (inputted speech from a speech input section 1) of a keyword uttered by a speaker and a keyword candidate as a speech pattern stored in a keyword candidate storage section 4 and estimates the keyword as the speech pattern. A first speech recognition section 3 collates the speech pattern estimated by the section 5 as the keyword and the speech data stored in a speech data storage section 2 and retrieves prescribed data from the section 2 by the keyword as the speech pattern that is estimated by the section 5.
