PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel for a sight handicapped person of an automatic vending machine, etc., which is freely usable by both of a person with normal sight and the sight handicapped person without increasing a cost. SOLUTION: This touch panel comprises a control panel 2 for inputting data by thrusting of an information apparatus and covers 5 and 15 of elastic bodies to be stuck to this control panel 2. Keys 4 on the control panel, significant character groups 10 and 11 and braille points 6, 7, 8 and 16 displaying the content equal to their meanings in the positions to be superposed on the symbol groups are formed on the covers 5 and 15. The person with normal sight views the keys 4, etc., through the transparent covers 5 and 15 and inputs the data via the covers 5 and 15. The sight handicapped person understands the contents by the braille points and pushes the covers 5 and 15, thereby eventually thrusting the keys 4 and inputting the data.
