PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating opening which can relieve noise generated indoors or outdoors by means of a sound absorbing material and can prevent the scattering of the dust resulting from the deterioration of a sound absorbing material. SOLUTION: This ventilating opening which can relieve noise produced indoors or outdoors by means of the sound absorbing means 15 and can prevent the scattering of the dust resulting from the deterioration of the material 15 is constituted in such a way that an attaching plate 5 for a hood 7 is provided on the outdoor side of a frame 3 communicating with the inside and outside of a room and a net 8 is detachably attached to the lower opening 6 of the hood 7. In addition, the sound absorbing material 15 is provided on the internal surface of the hood 7 in a state where the material 15 is put in a bag 14. |
