PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an aperture grille body structure that can equalize the purity drift amount of a cathode-ray tube on four corners of a screen. SOLUTION: A board width in the longitudinal direction of the first metallic body 14A fixed on the bottom face 8bBS2 of the first bottom portion 8bB1 of the first elastic support 8b1 of a frame is increased flatly from a first corner position I side wherein the purity drift amount in the conventional structure is to be small towards the fourth corner position IV side wherein the purity drift amount is to be large so that the longitudinal cross-sectional area of the first metallic body 14A is varied along the longitudinal direction. Similar constitution is applied for the board width of the second metallic body 14B.
