<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic generating device wherein sunlight is converted into electric energy, wherein, with a function for tracking sunlight being held, a reliability against a wind pressure is assured even under an environment where a wind pressure and wind direction frequently change while a power consumption for avoiding wind pressure is suppressed to low level for a reduced device cost. SOLUTION: The wind speed around a wind-speed measuring device 10 is measured with it. Here, if the wind speed measured is equal to a specified value or less, the orientation of solar cell panels 2a-2d is so changed that the light receiving surface of the solar cell panels 2a-2d faces sunlight, while, if the wind speed is equal to a specified value or above, the solar cell panels 2a-2d are housed in panel sheds 3a-3d.</p> |
