<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a production plan while correcting it by taking an arrangeable time zone into consideration. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a production plan hold part 10 which holds the production plan volume of a product and the previously set permissible capacity of an increase in the production of the product and also holds production capacity data on the product and an automatic allocation part 12 which performs allocation to stages by products. The automatic allocation part 12 allocates lots to the stages by the products, confirms whether or not the production end time of an allocated lot of a product is within an arrangeable time zone, and calculates the time of the difference from the production end time to the time of next arrangement of the lot when the production end time is not within the arrangeable time zone. Then the automatic allocation part calculates the quantity of the product which can be produced within the time of the difference as a possible production increase quantity, compares this possible production increase quantity with the permissible production increase quantity of the product held in the production plan hold part 10 to determine the small quantity as the production increase quantity of the product, and extends the lot of the product by the projection increase quantity and allocates to the production stage.</p> |
