PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize an additional service on the Internet such as grasping of call origination from another subscriber who is not connected to the Internet or service start even during an Internet service connection. SOLUTION: When the other subscriber tries to call a subscriber (a) during the Internet service connection, a line exchange node (b) which receives a call from the other subscriber requests the transfer of the call from the other subscriber to a gateway device (c). The gateway device (c) performs signal conversion and media conversion, acquires the IP address of an Internet server on the basis of the telephone number of the subscriber (a) and instructs to an Internet server (d) an incoming call notice to which the IP address of the subscriber (a) is set. By using an Internet protocol, the Internet server (d) reports the presence of incoming notice from another subscriber to the subscriber (a).
