<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive sheet and its production allowing a connecting load per connection terminal to be reduced and the length of a connection conductive passage to be reduced. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive sheet 10 laid between a circuit board and circuit parts for making continuity therebetween comprises a conductive member 24 formed of a metal plate material, embedded in an electrically insulating elastic holder 20 laid between the circuit board and the circuit parts in such a manner that its terminal portions 24a, 24b are protruded from the front surface and the rear surface of the elastic holder 20.</p> |
