PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional port buffer circuit that increases noise when the capability of transistors(TRs) is set higher and suppresses the capability of the TRs lower resulting from reducing the current supply capability to decrease the noise. SOLUTION: The port buffer circuit of this invention is provided with a 1st output buffer having TRs 7, 8, a 2nd output buffer having TRs 17, 19, switching TRs 18, 20 provided to control an output of the 2nd output buffer, and a delay circuit 23 whose input section is connected to an input terminal 1 and whose output section is connected to gates of the TRs 18, 20.
