PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to pressure contact a connect cable easily without using a special tool, and enable to take off an electric wire easily. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a pressure contact terminal fitting 2 having a pair of elastic piece 22 which have respective pressure contact blades 21, opposing mutually with a predetermined distance, on their tips, and rear end parts of the elastic pieces 22 are fixed to a case 1, a freely movable member 3 an electric wire inserting hole 32a at positions corresponding to the pair of pressure contact blades 22, and is freely movable in the extending direction of the pressure contact blade 21, and screw mechanisms 4, 25a to move the movable member 3, and in the state of inserting an electric wire to the electric wire inserting hole 32a of the movable member 3, the electric wire is press fit into a pair of pressure contact blades by moving the movable member 3 by the screw mechanisms.
