METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING IRON CORE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly improve the fixing work of iron cores composed of magnetic steel sheets coated with adhesive films. SOLUTION: The iron cores are fixed to each other, by laminating punched magnetic steel sheets coated with insulating films, immediately after punching and heating and pressurizing the laminated bodies. At the separation of the iron cores from each other, the punched and laminated iron cores are continuously fixed by offsetting the sticking ability of a unit iron core at every prescribed number of steel sheets. Therefore, the workability of the iron core fixing work is improved significantly.
