PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary switching valve device easy to be operated without generating the wrong operation. SOLUTION: This rotary switching valve device is provided with a manifold block M1 having a check valve C1 for hindering a flow of the fluid from a port A between the port A and a first opening 01, a rotary member R1 abutting on the manifold M1 and provided freely to be rotated and to be switched to any condition of a first condition that a third and a fourth openings 03, 04 are communicated with each other, a second condition that the first and the third openings 01, 03 are communicated with each other and that the second and the fourth openings 02, 04 are communicated with each other and a third condition that the first and the fourth openings 01, 04 are communicated with each other and the second and the third openings 02, 03 are communicated with each other, a valve element 4 arranged on the center axis of the rotary member R1 and energized by a spring 2 provided in a through hole 1 communicated with the port A toward a valve seat 3 inside of the through hole 1 communicated with the first opening 01, and a rod 16 to be pushed down when the rotary member R1 is in the third condition so as to separate the valve element 4 from the valve seat 3 for the fourth condition.
