PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mesh sheet which may be easily and freely changed in the sizes, numbers, arrangements and shapes of holes according to information images and use environments as well as a method for manufacturing the mesh sheet and an apparatus for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The mesh sheet S which is affixed to transparent glass parting the inside and out of a room, makes the printed information image visible from outside the room and makes the scene on the outer side of the room seeable through from the inside of the room is formed by printing a recording medium Sa having translucency with a colored ground surface and the information images exclusive of non-printed portions N to a porous form.
