PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine with an advertisement display which is capable of effectively displaying the advertisement relating to sales merchandise and drawing pedestrians' attraction. SOLUTION: Transparent resin layers 12 of a build-up shape having roundness are fixed in superposition on the front surfaces of the portions where arbitrary characters and/or graphics are displayed among the displays exposed with merchandise samples 6 installed to line up behind the advertisement display section 11 for displaying the advertisement relating to the sales merchandise and a sample see-through window 7 fixed to the front of the automatic vending machine.
