PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hinge for spectacles with which the opening and closing action of temples between the temples and a spectacle frame may be carried out in the state of producing adequate resistance. SOLUTION: This hinge for spectacles is obtained by boring one side of an internal part 20 of a second fixing member 6 with a stepped hole 24, forming a female screw hole 25 on the other, providing a male part 10 of a first turning member 5 with a guide hole 11 aligned to the center of the stepped hole 24, building a first washer 30 into the one surface of the male part 10, forming a plural of penetration guides 32 which curve and erect to the first washer 30 and are fitted into the guide hole 11, further, forming an engaging piece 34 to the inner side of the first washer 5 and building a second washer 40 to the other surface of the male part 20 and therefore if the each other's members are coupled to each other by screwing, axial force is eventually held for a long time at the screws and even if each other's members are bent, the loosening of the screws does not occur and the hinge for spectacles having stable sliding resistance is obtained and the spectacle frame having a long life is provided.
