PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device for a mobile wireless terminal that does not make a mobile wireless network complicated and does not cause any error and to provide a mobile wireless network system using it. SOLUTION: The fixing device 1 for a mobile wireless terminal fixes a mobile wireless terminal 2 to a specific place and is characterized in that the device 1 is provided with a signal transmission means 8 that allows the mobile wireless terminal 2 to transmit a prescribed signal when the mobile wireless terminal 2 is fixed.
