PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the operation of structural elements of a guide device, and to restrict a clearance loss. SOLUTION: A guide device having a series of adjustable stator blades 30 is provided in a flow passage 20, and the flow passage 20 is partitioned by an inside hub 21 and an outside annular stator blade holder 7. The stator blade 30 is supported freely to be rotated inside of a radial bearing hole provided in the annular stator blade holder 7, and on the other hand, a tip 31 and a leg part 32 of a spherical head part of the stator blade 30 seal the leak in relation to the stator holder 7 and the hub 21. The hub 21 is formed of a flexible inside ring 9 in an area 23, in which the leak is prevented by the tip 31 of the head part of the stator blade 30, and a stator blade 30 supporting device is flexibly formed in a direction of the stator blade axis A.
