PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate unevenness in image density generated within a surface of printing paper or between a multiple number of printing paper by preventing generation of unevenness in distribution of toner concentration for an original with high printed ratio. SOLUTION: In a developing device, developer that is stripped off from a developer carrier 41 by magnetic poles N2 and N3 that are adjacent to each other and of the same polarity among a plurality of magnetic poles in a magnetic field generating means 42 is recovered within a developer recovery chamber 402, the recovered developer is carried downstream in the carried direction of the developer while being agitated by a recovery carrying member 45, refluxed within the developer feeding chamber 401 from a first opening part 47A that is opened to a first separating wall 47 partitioning a developer feeding chamber 401 and the developer recovery chamber 402 and feeding the developer to the developer carrier 41 by a feeding and carrying member 44 while being agitated and discharged. |
