PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the service conditions and the occurrence of abnormality of a copying machine or the like and to analyze and output information for analyzing a cause when the abnormality occurs. SOLUTION: An operation information/in-device state information monitor 9 acquires operation information by depressing the operation key of the copying machine 1, plotting information showing display contents in the midst of acting and state information showing the state of each acting part and preserves the acquired information of various kinds in an acquired information holding part 99 while successively updating the information. When it is decided that an abnormality occurred in the copying machine 1 as a result of analyzing the acquired information of various kinds, a monitor/module control part 98 inhibits each information preserved in the holding part 99 from being recorded and updated so as to output the information of various kinds for a state where the abnormality occurred. |
