PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a case where the images of objects other than separator paper are decided by mistake as separator images when the originals of image data on plural groups having inserted separator paper are continuously read, grouped automatically and stored in a file and also to confirm the correct separation of the image data. SOLUTION: The bar codes having data of different continuous numeric value, etc., are drawn on the separator paper. Then the image data on an original held between the separator paper and another one existing right before the paper are stored in a file as a single group when the value of bar codes show the separator paper and also the correct order is secured among these separator paper. Meanwhile, a warning is given when the order of separate paper is not correct. |
