PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such that data recorded in a recording medium is finished to be viewed, it is not necessary to be stored when delayed reproduction is performed and a large amount of unnecessary pieces of data are recorded on a device by performing such delayed reproduction for many times. SOLUTION: This reproducing device is provided with an input means to input a video or voice signal, a memory to record inputted information, a writing control part to control recording to the memory, a reading control part to control reading from the memory and an output part to output the information read from the memory and the problem is solved by reading the information, outputting it to the output part in the reading control part and deleting the read information from the memory.
