PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide facsimile equipment capable of efficiently managing transmitting/receiving logs. SOLUTION: The transmitting/receiving log data of ordinary FAX, salutation FAX and Internet FAX are stored in a transmitting log area 13a and a receiving log area 13b of a RAM 13. Therefore, even in the case of inquiring the transmitting/receiving logs of plural kinds from a main body 1a of a facsimile equipment or a personal computer 4 connected through an option board 30 and a communication network, it is possible to easily respond to the inquiry. Therefore, the transmitting/receiving logs can be efficiently managed.
