PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely estimate the transmission characteristic of a transmission line and to equalize amplitude and a phase from the transmission characteristic, at the time of demodulating an OFDM signal. SOLUTION: An OFDM receiver 1 is provided with an equalizer 10 for estimating the transmission characteristic of the transmission line through which the OFDM signal is transmitted and equalizing the amplitude and the phase of the OFDM signal. The equalizer 10 equalizes the amplitude and the wave of the OFDM signal by using an SP signal and a CP signal.
