PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrathin heat radiating sheet having favorable thermal conductivity in a thickness direction and a sheet for shielding an electromagnetic wave having two functions of a heat radiating function and an electromagnetic wave shielding function. SOLUTION: This heat radiating sheet is constituted by a thermo-conductive adhesive layer and a thin expanded metal mesh sheet supporting the thermo- conductive adhesive layer. This heat radiating sheet is also useful as an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet.
