PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a contactless transmitter that can transmit a signal and power with a simple configuration and high reliability when a camera section is removably mounted on a mobile unit main body where the camera section is freely attached to/detached from the mobile unit main body. SOLUTION: A power coil 10b and signal coils 11b-13b are imbedded in a board 14 having a wiring pattern 17 and a ground through-hole 18 and they are integrated by a mold resin 19, the entire mold resin 19 is shielded by a metallic thin film shield 20 and a wire of an FPC 15 is connected to ground via a chip capacitor 16.
