METHOD FOR BALANCING LOAD TO CARRIERS HAVING COMMUNICATION CHANNEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving load balance in order to increase the entire capacity of a multi-carrier system. SOLUTION: Assigning carriers in response to a request of a communication channel through the use of Walsh codes used by each carrier can balance the load to the carriers. This load balance is applied to all or part of the carriers in service by a base station and a communication channel on one carrier or more is assigned in response to the request of the communication channel.
