PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chance for resetting the detected value of state of charge(SOC) to an accurate value. SOLUTION: A forced discharging section is generated, by turning off the generated output PG of a power source such as an engine-driven generator (100). Based on the correlation between voltage/current characteristic and SOC, it is detected that SOC of a battery has reached the lower limit B (106). When SOC reaches a lower limit value B, PG is turned on (110). That SOC has reached an upper limit A (116) is detected by the integration of currents IB of the battery and it is re-shifted to forced discharging section. |
